Refund Processing & Terms
At linmarts.com, we pride ourselves on offering an effortless experience — including refunds. If a return has been approved, we process your reimbursement in the following way:
Inspection & Authorization
All refunds are subject to a product inspection. We will only proceed with a refund after we’ve received the item in suitable condition. Refunds are typically initiated within 14 days of approval.
Credit Reversal Details
Your refund will be directed back to the original form of payment. Depending on your financial provider, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to settle once the refund is issued.
Deductions
Please be aware:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping may be deducted from the total refund if the return was not due to our error.
